About the Chef...

Uncle Lyle’s Tavern and Grille is proud to welcome Jamie Crozier as Executive Chef! Jamie comes to us with a degree from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and has a diploma in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Techniques.

Chef Jamie has served our country as a Michigan National Guard in the Army Infantry and as a Military Chef. His family and he have recently relocated from Howell to Monroe in order to be closer to Uncle Lyle’s Tavern and Grille. Jamie says he loves the hometown restaurant feel that Uncle Lyle’s offers. Since coming to us, Jamie has provided more creativity and a more upscale dining experience to our establishment!

Chef Jamie’s diverse culinary experiences include being a chef in Walt Disney World restaurant called THE WAVE and having the position as head chef for two hometown bars in Howell, Michigan. During Jamie’s opportunity as executive chef at 2 FOG’S PUB, he was featured on Fox 2 News showing off a flaming steak specialty dish! Another accomplishment Jamie earned was being awarded the People’s Choice Award in 2015 during the Gleaner’s food bank Iron Chef Contest.

Having Chef Jamie’s ideas and winning attitude is a perfect fit for Uncle Lyle’s Tavern and Grille! Together, we will continue to provide a place for the best food and entertainment in Dundee!
